What should I make for my parents anniversary?

I need a menu all about love. I need ideas for appetizers, salad, sides, an entree and a dessert. Thanks in advance.What should I make for my parents anniversary?
Love appetizer balls

Ingredients

* 6 potatos

* 1/2 lb (200 gr) veal

* 4 pc. Of garlic

* Tomato puree

* 2 eggs

* cracker crumbs (bread crumbs)

* Pink sauce (1/3 mayonese, 2/3 tomato sauce)

* salt

* pepper

* vegetable oil

Boil potatoes until soft and strain with Chinese strainer until pureed. Refrigerate. Brown veal in small amount of vegetable oil and when almost done add chopped garlic. Continue browning until garlic turns a golden color. Add salt and pepper to taste, then add tomato puree. Mix, remove from fire and refrigerate.

Making the Balls:

Beat egg in small bowl until smooth and set aside. To make the balls take a small dollop of potatoes in the palm of your hand then place a small dollop of meat mixture and form a ball. Place the ball in the egg mixture and then in the cracker crumbs. Cover ball completely with cracker crumbs, then place in egg mixture again, then in cracker crumbs. Pour a small amount of oil in pan, when hot, place balls in pan and let brown on all sides. Decorate plates in cocktail sauce and serve balls on top. You can make designs like hearts out of the cocktail sauce.

Tasty appetizer quiche squares.

* 1 pie crust mix, about 11 ounces (pie pastry enough for 2 crusts)

* 1 egg white, slightly beaten

* 16 ounces sliced bacon

* 3 cups grated Swiss cheese, 12 ounces

* 6 large eggs

* 4 cups light cream or half-and-half

* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

* dash cayenne pepper

Prepare pie crust mix. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry dough to an 18x15-inch rectangle. Line a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with the pastry; brush bottom and sides with egg white. Refrigerate.

Fry bacon in a heavy skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels then crumble. Sprinkle bacon over bottom of pie shell. Preheat oven to 375掳.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the bacon layer. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and cayenne until well blended. Pour over bacon and cheese. Bake at 375掳 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden and firm in the center. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes. Cut into small squares and arrange on serving dishes.

Meatballs with Orzo

This recipe is a combination of several old family favorites. Orzo is a rice shaped pasta that cooks nicely with the other ingredients so this is a one pot meal.

* 1 onion, chopped

* 1 Tbsp. olive oil

* 14 oz. can ready to serve beef broth

* 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta

* 1 lb. frozen cooked meatballs

* 14 oz. can Italian flavored diced tomatoes, undrained

* 4 plum tomatoes, chopped

* 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, cook onion in olive oil under tender. Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Stir in orzo, meatballs and tomatoes, stir. Return to boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 7-8 minutes until liquid is reduced, stirring occasionally. Add plum tomatoes and cook 5-8 minutes until orzo is tender, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Asparagus Salad

This tangy marinated asparagus makes a great side dish or salad.

* 1 pound asparagus

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

* 1 tablespoon vinegar - balsamic, sherry, or red wine

* 1 teaspoon lemon juice

* 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 3 tablespoons olive oil

* lettuce leaves

Bring about 2 inches of water to a boil in a skillet large enough to lay asparagus flat. Add salt. Wash asparagus in cold water. Break off the tough base of each. Remove scales if they are large or sandy. Place spears in the boiling water. Quickly return water to a boil, then simmer gently for 5-7 minutes. Asparagus should be slightly crisp. Drain. Place in an oval dish to marinate. In a small bowl combine chopped onion with the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Pour over warm asparagus. Allow to marinate at room temperature until cool, then refrigerate until serving time. Return to room temperature before serving.

1/4 c. Crisco (lard not oil)

Wash and dry strawberries. Melt chocolate and Crisco in double boiler. Dip strawberries in hot chocolate and put on tray covered with wax paper or Saran Wrap. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard.

I sometimes add 1/4 to 1/2 cup rum or whatever I have on hand.What should I make for my parents anniversary?
You could look for a spanish dish that has rose petals as the main ingredient. My parents had that once. Um....for a dessert possiblly a strawberry short cake or a red velvet cake shaped into a heart. as a salad somethin containg cherries like a fruit salad or a simple garden salad with an itailia dressing with a hint of chile powder.

I'm suggesting a very fine chile powder but don't add a lot cause chile is sopposed to creat pasion and spice.

By the way i'm form a mexican family so it might not always work for certain people because of their taste buds. sorry okay if it doesn't work out.

Well go with something comforting. Definetley red wine and stuff like that. keep some relaxing music and candles ready. But what to make? thats a tough one, think about what they like. Maybe some nice pasta
pizza
Give them a note in which you wash there car for one week 4 weeks and that is all . that would make them happy.
