How can i convince my parents to shell out a few dollars for an itouch?

Im going to be getting an itouch and i need $57 dollars thats with freakin sales tax. How can i convince my parents to shell out the money for it and i repay them I have $267. Yes i do chores and stuff but most of that money goes to the bank. Any ideas i can do. If you only have that amount of money, then tell them that Christmas only comes once a year, and that is primaraly all that you want.You already have the majority of the money, and after all the chores and helping you do, that once in a while you deserve something.Tell them how great the itouch is.

Wait for Christmas to come. It will either come to you as a present, OR you will accumulate enough gift money to buy one.
Ask for it for Christmas. If you have 267 I guess they won't let you spend that money? But maybe they are planning to get it for you for Christmas!
